An easier & quicker Chiropractic sign-up process.
A military signup page - the Patriot Project commits to always providing free access to our military. However, we have created a new survey that helps us to understand who we are helping. The data we collect with this new survey will never be sold, but it will allow us to help connect providers and chiropractic education and grow the project overall.
A new map - our map is the key to our website and our organization. With this latest upgrade, you can now search by name, zip code, and/or address. As we continue to grow, we will upgrade the map features to always make it as user-friendly and informational as possible.
Am I on the map?
We ask everyone to visit our Find A Chiropractor page < https://www.patriot-project.org/find-a-chiropractor> and select Sign-up. On the submission form, select that you are a Chiropractor and provide some short information. This will now give you access to our map, the same map that our military members will see. Search your address and review your office information. If you do not find your office on the map or find an error with your contact information, please email erica.patriotproject@gmail.com.

We were excited to see many Patriot Project current members and have the opportunity to signup several new members at the Michigan Association of Chiropractors spring convention in Kalamazoo, MI, this past weekend.
We are excited to welcome Dr. Jason White, a chiropractor in Holly, MI, Army Reservist, and owner of Spine Garage.
